It was exciting to hear that several people are interested in making the gooey brownie recipe that was posted last week. I even received a few questions regarding the type of pan I used for baking these delicious treats. This is a resource that I’m happy to share since I’m a fan of any cookware that lets me get my baked goods out of the pan while still looking presentable! I’ve been using a Fat Daddio’s 9″x 13″ x 2″ baking pan with a removable bottom. They come from the Fat Daddio’s line of cheesecake pans and are available in several sizes. This is a must have item for anyone who bakes on a regular basis. By the way, don’t forget that you still need to lightly butter the pan and line it with parchment paper!
