		<description>Thanks for the recipe! I tried them tonight and they came out really good. Didn&#039;t have buttermilk - used half-and-half instead. They went great with left-over beef stew! I liked the color too!

Also, I made them square vs circles so there wouldn&#039;t be any scraps.   Formed a  roughly 9&quot;x9&quot; square and then cut it into 9  3&quot;x3&quot; squares.</description>
