		<description>These are wonderful.  We made them last week as well.  The only thing that we find that puts them right over the top is to fill them and then give them a quick sear in a hot pan before devouring.   Then dip in your favorite topping, pico d gallo, guacamole, sour cream.... The cheese gets all meltyinside and with the crunch of the lettuce and the warm corn tortilla  it transports you right back to that roadside taco stand in Mexico!</description>
